Are you ready to lead the charge as a Process Center Program Manager? This role supports the Operations Process Center for activities associated with the production, deployment, and sustainment of existing and future projects and programs.

What You Will Do:

The Program Manager is accountable for products in the Operations Process Center, which manufactures and tests circuit card assemblies for products including flight deck displays, sensors, radars, radios, and navigation systems.This includes managing internal customer interfaces and relationships, analyzing data, leading risk and opportunity management, recommending solutions and optimizations, and periodic reporting.This leadership position reports to the Director of the Navigation Portfolio and is an active participant on the leadership team.Lead – embody the definition of leading a Program Management Team (PMT) demonstrated through collaboration, a positive attitude, and willingness to work together for the winFocus on the Goals – possess the attitude, drive, and desire to see projects through to completionCommunicate – effectively communicate to forge strong working relationships with people across multiple organizationsAnalyze – demonstrate the ability to understand the current state and benchmark KPIs, provide a logical in-depth analysis or a problem or situation, then drive solutionsBe Decisive – exhibit the personal confidence necessary to make critical decisions

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experiencePrior experience in Operations, Process Management, or relatedPrior experience with KPIs, process analysis, reporting

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
