How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The Protective Intelligence Program Manager is a subject-matter expert that uses deep, up-to-date understanding of security threats, with particular emphasis on executive and organizational threats and identifies risks that potentially impact personnel, customers, assets, and reputation. The Program Manager has sound analytic skills; makes logical assessments; identifies emerging trends and patterns; and has effective oral and written communication skills. The Program Manager also supports various sensitive, long-term, complex internal and law enforcement investigations as well as continuous improvement to existing security programs.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Develop compelling and informative methods to collect, analyze, and present assessments to demonstrate potential threats.
+ Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, strengthen security collaboration, and drive adoption of security strategies.
+ Triage investigative leads and highlight potential risks to investigators.
+ Perform thorough, objective, accurate, and detailed research and analysis of vast quantities of internal and open-source information.
+ Research and vet information to support the identification of potential security risks, misconduct, or anomalous behaviors.
+ Prepare and disseminate investigative analysis summaries.
+ Brief leadership on key findings and emerging threats.
+ Support to corporate security programs and events as needed.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Effective collaboration across teams.
+ Multitasking various duties and/or assignments of competing levels of priority.
+ Preparation of analytic summaries.
+ Research and vet information to support identification of potential security risks.
+ Triage threat reporting to highlight potential risks.
+ Maintain rigid confidentiality with respect to tools, techniques, investigations, and other program elements.
+ Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with little supervision.
+ Exceptional ability to communicate detailed analytic data through oral and written means to all levels of management.
+ Ability to develop new leads, overcome information gaps, and create new information flows.S
+ Strong technical, analytical, organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity and attention to detail.
+ Proven, firsthand experience with investigative data exploitation and analysis.
+ BA or BS degree or a minimum of 5 years’ of directly relevant professional experience.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ Proven ability to synthesize information and present key data points in concise and visually compelling presentations for executive audiences.
+ Experience managing large-scale, multi-faceted projects is strongly preferred.
+ Prior security experience is a plus.
+ Knowledge of investigative processes.
+ Understanding of Analyst Notebook.
