Job Description

This role will manage and execute on our system strategy for participation in US News and World Report (USMWR).

Experience

Five years of experience in program development and project managementSeven years of experience in healthcare

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degreeFive years of experience in pediatrics

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field

Certification Summary

Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact or other current clinical Georgia license

Job Responsibilities

Review USNWR survey in December and identify new questionsDistribute area-specific surveys to all subspecialties and update each care team with changes pertaining to their surveyMeet with each subspecialty team to ensure accurate data submissionWork with Data Analytics team to validate scores received against submitted data, published methodology and published scores on HDI (USNWR data and ranking website)Work with Advanced Analytics to predict anticipated score/ranking and update "What if" tool ech yearWork with quality leadership to create action plans for each subspecialtyMonitor all outcomes and facilitate Quality Improvement projects aligned with USNWR improvement (ongoing all year)Identify any new outcomes that need to be monitoredEscalate concerns around measures to subspecialty and system leadershipUpdate data over time and dashboards with data we submittedMaintain single source of truth spreadsheet outlining all data sources for USNWR questionsCoordinate with external communications and marketing to get results to internal stakeholdersReview methodology to identify new scoring
