Job Description
This role will manage a portfolio of projects aimed at increasing improvement science capability among improvement teams, increasing the extent of patient/family integration with our improvement efforts (co-production), and ensuring the implementation of identified evidence-based practices across our system. First, as our microsystems mature and focus more on quality, there will be an increased need to educate/train individuals in improvement science. Second, while we ask for patient/family feedback at our convenience and request through existing mechanisms (Family Advisory Council, Community Insights, etc.), we do not integrate patients/families into our improvement teams.Experience
