Program Manager, Resource Acquisition & Management

The IRC recognizes that private grants, like those with Airbnb, Uber, and others, provide critical resources for refugee families in their journey toward safety and stability. As the Program Manager on the Resource Acquisition & Management team, you will support the implementation and management of a selection of IRC’s private grants across RAI’s 29 U.S. offices, with an emphasis on grants from IRC’s technology partners. You will oversee grant usage, support reporting requirements, and liaise with internal and external parties to distribute resources. 

 

Responsibilities:

Manage grant reporting processes and deliverables as required by donorsProvide regular oversight and tracking of office usage for private grantsOnboard and train new staff on relevant technology platforms required for private grant implementation, including Airbnb and Uber for BusinessWork with local office staff on tech platform problems and other troubleshooting issuesCreate and update internal resources in alignment with donor guidelinesCommunicate regularly with local offices on grant updates, reminders, and usageCoordinate with the Resettlement team, Corporate Partnerships team, and other internal parties to distribute resources effectively Support donor relationships by providing regular feedback to the Corporate Partnerships team and contributing to donor-facing reports and meetingsOther Resource Acquisition & Management duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experienceExcellent project management skills, with a track record of coordinating multi-site projectsStrong oral and written communications skills.Ability to diplomatically work with a range of stakeholders, understand requirements and build consensusComfortable with logistical tasks and a can-do attitude towards problem solving.Strong relationship building, teamwork and communication skills.Comfortable with donor-facing calls and meetingsAbility to work well in a multicultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure well.Experience organizing in-kind donations a plus.Fluency in English is required.

 

This position reports to the Senior Program Officer, Resource Acquisition & Management. 

 

Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.  Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
