Our Retail Business Services (RBS) team is looking for a Program Manager to help expand its customer return reduction (aka) concession program. Objective of the program is to eliminate negative experience of the customers by leveraging upstream defect elimination as a mechanism.
Key job responsibilities
Forming and managing cross-functional project teams to drive key programs for our customers.
Adoption of technology solutions, and process improvement projects to achieve Business goals
Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of Business on various project milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.,
This L5 program manager will focus on driving upstream defect elimination projects especially in the inbound process related upstream defect elimination
A day in the life
As a Program Manager, you will own the expansion of the customer return reduction through upstream defect elimination across WW, across product group and to all the customer types. The job involves collaborating with various stakeholders to implement the solution, monitor and report the results to the Leadership, Assess and communicate the customer experience to the Leadership
