Program Manager, Software Requisition ID: 41932 Job Location(s): Pune, IN **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Software Program Manager** to lead and manage strategic programs and projects within our software organization in Software organization. The role will require exceptional program management expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver impactful results. The Software Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. **Job Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities: 1. Program Leadership: + Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategic software programs and projects. + Define program goals, scope, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. + Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and outcomes. + Build up a group of software project managers and/or software product owners. 1. Strategic Planning: + Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to develop and prioritize a portfolio of strategic software initiatives. + Translate high-level business objectives into actionable project plans. 1. Project Management: + Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. + Use agile or hybrid methodologies to manage project workflows and adjust plans as needed. 1. Stakeholder Communication: + Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including engineering, product, and business teams. + Facilitate regular program reviews and provide transparent reporting on project status and outcomes. 1. Process Improvement: + Establish and refine program management processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. + Mentor team members on project management methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 1.
