ABOUT THIS ROLE Audible’s Technology department enables the customer experience and infrastructure for our users and creators to have our audiences experience the power of the spoken word. The various teams’ work impact mobile apps, web pages, back-end services, infrastructure and systems. The Tech Business Management function helps our teams and leaders manager our large portfolio of workforce, budget, contracts, and various operational aspect to run an healthy organization. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress. As a Program Manager, you will... - Manage Audible’s Technology organization workforce regular reporting for core KPIs. Collaborate with HR and Recruiting partners to ensure a “single source of truth” for Tech workforce data - Support workforce projections, benchmarking analysis and other workforce information for Tech as needed - Support Audible Tech budget tracking, budget operations and contractor management through partnership with Finance, Accounting and Procurement teams - Provide program management for Tech workforce and engagement initiatives, such as the employee recognition program and others - Support Business Management in improving existing workflows, solving through automation where ever possible - Provide support for operational projects for the CTO and his senior leadership as needed ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling. Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal); can succinctly and clearly communicate, and are able to produce documents and presentations that are ready for leadership review.
