The Work You'll Do:

We are seeking a detail oriented and fast paced Program to lead and manage technical enablement and certification programs for Partners at Sovos. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing onboarding, training and certification programs. that will result in empowering our partners to successfully implement Sovos’ solutions for their customers. At Sovos, you will have a unique opportunity to partner from our executive leadership team through to front line Sovosians to understand needs, detail a plan, and drive alignment.  The ideal candidate has experience leading enablement programs, building from scratch, and a record of success driving measurable enablement results.

 More specifically, you will: Develop programs : Create and optimize training cohorts, content and programs aimed at technical enablement of Partners to implement Sovos’ solutions. Execute Programs: Schedule, coordinate and run technical enablement programs by working closely with the Partner sales and other stakeholder teams. Monitor Progress: Track program progress and report on key metrics, risks, and milestones Identify Risks: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program success  Ensure program objectives align with the organization's overall strategy  Partner with key team members to ensure visibility and alignment 

What We Ask From You:

5+ years onboarding / enablement experience required at a software company Executive stakeholdering skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
