Program Manager , Seller Reimbursements IN
Description The Seller Reimbursements (SR) team manages a thin line between balancing Seller Experience and arresting defects and cost leakages. Getting this balance right is crucial to driving our flywheel faster and stronger. We are looking for a Program Manager to ensure that policies, processes and operational excellence are met across the MFN channel for everything related to reimbursements while maintaining a very high bar for seller experience. The ideal candidate should be strategic, highly analytical, customer-focused, team oriented, with outstanding communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key job responsibilities - Identify, analyze and own solutions for defects and cost leakages - Perform data analysis and translate insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for operational, program, or process improvement - Own reporting of metrics and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and improve processes, policies and strategies to support the program’s vision - Support for ongoing initiatives within the SR team and other product and business partner teams (CBW, FC operations, Network Loss, Transportation operations, Recommerce, Categories) - Collaborate across different functions and teams in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
