Program Manager | Analytics and Admin

Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Program Manager to handle both the Analytics and Insights sub-group as well as the administrative tasks within our organization. As the Program Manager - Analytics and Insights and Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of reports, analyzing data, deriving valuable insights, and coordinating administrative requirements to support the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics and Insights:

1. Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Analytics and Insights sub-group, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the production of reports by analyzing data collected from enterprise applications, presenting findings, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and technical teams, understanding their requirements and providing them with relevant and actionable insights to drive business growth.

4. Project Management: Manage projects related to analytics and insights, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

5. Data Visualization: Work closely with data visualization experts to create visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.

Administration:

1. Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for coordinating administrative tasks within the partner success group.

2. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with technical groups, vendors, clients, Client Change Management Group (CCMG), and Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager (SDM/PM) to align schedules, assign resources, and address client requirements.

3. Documentation Management: Ensure proper documentation is in place, including schedules, engineering assignments, client requirements, and signed documents for billing purposes.

4. Financial Coordination: Collaborate with the finance team to forward signed accounts receivable (AR) for billing and collection purposes.

5. Process Alignment: Establish and maintain standard project management methodologies across all teams, ensuring effective coordination and streamlined processes.
