Job Title: Program Manager – FLRC Governance
Job Summary:
As a Program Manager within the IT Governance team, you will be responsible for managing the workflow, initiatives, and deliverables of the IT Governance team. Your role will include ensuring that all governance activities are aligned with organizational goals, are tracked efficiently, and delivered within scope. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT risk, compliance, and audit, to ensure the successful execution of the governance program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the IT Governance team to ensure the successful execution of governance initiatives.
- Oversee the tracking of IT governance workstreams, ensuring all activities and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Assist in the prioritization of projects and tasks for the governance team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and other documentation to track the progress and performance of governance activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as IT Risk, Compliance, and Audit to ensure effective communication and execution of governance activities.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to review progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and drive resolution of issues.
- Assist in the preparation of governance materials for senior leadership and risk committees.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the governance team adapts and aligns with new requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of total experience in IT, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in program management or project management, preferably within IT governance or risk management in a financial services environment or another highly regulated environment.
- Proven experience managing teams and workflows, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and practices, including COBIT, ITIL, NIST, or similar.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- PMP, CGEIT, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $115,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
