Title: Program Manager - US Army Military Human Resources Support Location: Remote Job Summary Hyperion Biotechnology is seeking a Program Manager to oversee daily operations in support of the U.S. Army's Military Human Resources Support referred to as Personnel Services Delivery Redesign (PSDR) at miliary facilities across the United States and OCONUS locations.
