Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for a Program Manager 3 to join our leadership team of qualified, diverse individuals onsite in Iuka, Mississippi.
This is an IPT (Integrated Product Team) Lead role. This role is responsible for ensuring that their statement of work (SOW) meets cost, schedule, quality commitments through progressive, proactive leadership that drives cross-organization prioritization and decision making in the best interest of the system requirements and schedule.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure decisions related to the specific SOW are consistent with program level priorities and contractual requirementsProvide independent assessment and management oversight regarding IPT status and major issues affecting the buildUnderstand program risk areas and drive risk-managed decisions on a daily basisExternal Dependency integration into the buildOur Leaders at Northrop Grumman live our values daily and encourage our teams to do the same. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, or a Master's degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined belowRelated experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functionsAn active DoD Secret Clearance last investigated within 6 years or enrolled in continuous evaluationAbility to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR)Experience in constraint management and in manufacturingExperience leading projects and/or teamsPreferred Qualifications:

Salary Range: $153,000.00 - $229,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
