The Oracle Health Service Operations Excellence (SOE) team is hiring a Program Manager to lead key programs in change, problem, and asset management supporting Oracle Health’s critical customers. This role will collaborate with Incident Management, Support, and Product Development teams and provide operational support to ensure safe, automated change execution through well-defined standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, the Program Manager will drive problem identification, root cause analysis, and preventive action tracking to minimize the recurrence of high-blast-radius incidents (HBEs).

Minimum Qualifications:

Masters/ MBA/ Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience U.S. Citizenship on U.S. soil is required.  This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a U.S. Citizen.  Strong background in cloud operations, program management, and process optimization Thrives in fast-paced environments, and can foster cross-functional alignment to enhance operational excellence across teams
