Performance engineering team in India will collaborate and develop EHR reimagine performance engineering framework that will be part of the North Star performance engineering platform. This team will also develop machine learning models and leverage NLP techniques to improve overall healthcare customer experience. This team is part of larger organisation OHAI Platform to build performance engineering self-service platform for legacy desktop and new reimagine EHR applications.
This team will be involved in building new set of services that will enable product development teams to improve the test effectiveness and improve reliability of Oracle Health products.

What candidate will bring:
Candidate with 6 to 10+ years of development and program management experience. Extensive project management expertise with any one domain like Healthcare, Finance, Ecommerce. Should have technical program management expertise driving programs involving cross cutting teams across organisation. Should have profound experience with planning, tracking and reporting the status on program work streams. Should also have good exposure to risk and dependency managements. Ability to use advanced Microsoft excel features, SQL queries and coming with analytics insights is must. Should have had technical exposure in developing products, handling technical issues early in the career especially with products involving windows applications along with business and database layer. Exposure to product deployment scenarios, metrics, observability, devOps, support and operations. Exposure to process imporvements related to product quality, release management, testing is preferred. Should have strong understranding on the product positioning and usage in the market for the products worked on. Exposure working with global customers and dealing with escalations is must. Ability to breakdown and coverting customer complaints into actionable task is must. Exposure to Agile methodology, conducting scrums and working with tools like JIRA, Kanban is must.
