Job Duties: Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product, involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget. Monitor project(s) from initiation through delivery. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. May consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. May telecommute. (385.34659)

 

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science. Engineering, Telecommunication or related technical field 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation. Position Requires:

Create and manage highly complex operational or technical projects and programs; Own and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while dealing with ambiguity; Analyze large volumes of unstructured data while organizing it into actionable information; Work with large remote, matrixed, cross-functional organizations, which may include operations, development, product management, and release engineering teams; Work in technical settings including cyber security, systems architecture, cloud computing or information systems’ regulatory compliance; Negotiate alignment across diverse stakeholder set; Linux, Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL, CRM, OSS/BSS; and Networking, Routing/Switching, Network Provisioning, and Architecture, TCP/IP.
