We need a highly talented Senior Technical Program Manager to help lead the most critical functions of our AI business. This person will be part of a team of program managers bringing up new GPU shapes and delivering GPU infrastructure capacity to our most strategic AI customers. This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape our future AI infrastructure business and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results.
This role is focused on the success of our NEW product bring-up and capacity deliveries, working with other teams and external partners in areas including:
·       Tracking/validation of all new capacity, ensuring on-track delivery, and handling delivery-related incidents
·       Coordination of hardware testing, managing initial repairs, and network validation
·       Manage internal and external dependencies between multiple teams and partners
·       Managing the build and delivery of customer proof of concept (POC) capacity
·       Managing the build of test environment capacity, including test prioritization, and reset
The candidate should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology, and business background. The candidate should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.
This role requires the ability to track multiple critical projects, build strong partnerships with cross-organizational teams, and identify and unblock issues to meet established project timelines.
