Equivalent commercial certification is also acceptable. Experience Requirements: + Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management or Senior-level DoD experience, or as a Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with Senior-level DoD personnel. + Documented record of increasing management responsibilities with a firm technical foundation in all areas relating to enterprise-level technology management. + Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee and manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $5M. + Collaborate with Senior-level DoD personnel and defense industry professionals. + Ensure successful delivery of technology management programs. + Manage and lead Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs. + Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets. + Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with established standards and protocols. + Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. + Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
