Responsibilities: + Provide comprehensive, proactive, and integrated program management to ensure compliance with government requirements. + Oversee contract execution, ensuring quality assurance and leadership across all tasks. + Manage contractor personnel, including subcontractors and teaming partners, to meet mission objectives. + Attend Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and coordinate with government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer (CO) and government Program Manager (PM). + Participate in meetings, briefings, and reporting requirements as requested by the government. + Develop and provide monthly status reports on contract performance and deliverables. Requirements Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience in program management. + PMP certification is required + Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory. + Strong knowledge of contract negotiations, cost estimating, and program analysis. + Experience in enterprise-level program management within a DoD environment. + Familiarity with MS Project or similar management tools. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams, including subcontractors.
