As a key member of our Program Management Team, you’ll provide the day- to- day support for and execution of programs. You’ll manage overall program controls and reporting functions and provide client presentation, analysis, and other executive level document to the management team. You will collaborate with Project Team Members throughout the Globe. You will be asked to mentor staff, managing workstreams, leading teams across Jacobs. You will be a strategic thinker, thrive in stakeholder engagement and have the ability to drive decision making. This role is a conduit into future program leadership opportunities.

* BA or BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
* Must be willing to travel within the Eastern Region of the United States 40% to 60%
* Proven experience setting up new projects at client sites
* Ability to develop and evaluate major program cost estimates and extended budget projections to identify and quantify critical budgetary, cost, schedule, technical, and programmatic risk factors
* Experienced in all project controls disciplines - Cost Engineering, Earned Value Management, Scheduling, Estimating, Document Control, etc.
* Broad knowledge of Project Control Systems, BI dashboard technology and processes including leading schedule processing software, program database platforms and spreadsheet applications (i.e.: Unifier, E-builder, Kahua, Primavera, Excel, PMP, CCP, EVP
* Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
* Ability to develop, implement, and maintain standard program procedures for project controls
* Experience building and maintaining Primavera P6 cost loaded and resource loaded schedules to support forecasting and multi-year planning
Ideally, you’ll also have:
* Understanding of operational business processes in the Engineering and Construction industry
* IT experience or aptitude a plus knowledge of Primavera P6, cost management systems, Deltec Cobra, risk management systems such as Active Risk Manager, and Microsoft office suite.
* Experience in interoperability and systems integrations
