Program Manager
Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking an experience program manager for the South Carolina region to oversee the development and implementation of services and programs. The key responsibilities of this position include: · Oversees the development and implementation of a specific product line. · Ensure the overall success of each product by being highly involved in project planning/kickoff and project closing. · Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer communication and escalation resolution · Assist in the development of new products and services as needed · Other responsibilities as required by senior management Ideal candidates will have the following experience, skills and education: · 10 years experience managing complex communications projects or programs · Previous Motorola experience required. · Experience managing multi-site communication installs and roll-outs. · Experience with networking, low voltage, RF, video surveillance, dispatch or similar products and systems. · Strong project management skills managing complex, multi-faceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth.
