The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for an experienced Program Manager for the Integrated Counter Unmanned Aerial System Vehicle (ICV.) The work location will be Sterling, VA, with some travel to Bozeman, MT, and Canada. The Program Manager will oversee the successful execution of design, development, integration, delivery, and sustainment of a vehicle-based C-UAS capability. This role requires a results-driven leader with expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, and product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex programs involving hardware and system integration, driving operational efficiency, risk management on a fixed price development contract, and ensuring compliance with policies and export controls.

Responsibilities:

Provide program execution and performance management by overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of contract deliverables; establish performance metrics, track key milestones, and manage risks to ensure program objectives are met.Serve as the main CACI point of contact for Contracting Officers (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTR), and Government Program ManagersWork closely with CACI Contracts and Finance individuals to meet contractual requirements and achieve forecasted financial performance.Conduct internal Program Management Reviews and provide regular briefings, reports, and recommendations on program execution to senior leadership on program status, challenges, and opportunitiesDevelop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve product deliveryIdentify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process optimization within program operationsEnsure program activities adhere to Customer regulations, cybersecurity policies, and contractual obligationsMitigate risks by implementing governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and risk management strategiesManage program resources, including personnel, budgets, and schedules to meet organizational goals.​


Qualifications:

Required: 

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearanceBA/BS + 10 years relevant experience. Experience in lieu of education may be acceptable Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience managing programs involving development and delivery of integrated systemsExperience managing contracts with significant subcontractor and vendor contentKnowledge of DoD policies, acquisition processes, and IT governance frameworksProven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relationsAbility to travel up to 25% of time during program start up

Desired:

Experience with sales to foreign Governments and Export controls or Foreign Military Sales experienceExpertise in developing strategies to drive business growthExperience with Canadian Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB) requirementsAbility to attract, train, develop, manage, and retain high performing staffTop Secret/SCI Security ClearancePMP, DAWIA/DAU PM Level III certification or equivalentExperience with Jira and other program/project management toolsFamiliarity with Counter Unmanned Systems for installations, vehicles, and/or ships

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$109,800 - $241,600
