The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager (PM) to lead a mission-critical, large-scale support effort for the U.S. Army Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier.. This role is pivotal in overseeing the execution of a multi-functional SETA program spanning engineering, logistics, training, and business support across the full acquisition life cycle.
The ideal candidate will bring:
strong leadership proven program execution skillsexperience managing a dispersed workforce supporting rapid acquisition and fielding under traditional and Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA) pathways.

PMP or PgMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).Experience managing programs valued at $100M+.Prior experience with MTA and rapid acquisition pathways.Knowledge of DoD 5000 series, AR 70-1, and Agile acquisition practices.

• Program Headcount: 230+ personnel
• Annual Program Value: $50M+
• Period of Performance: 12 months base + 4 option years
• Place of Performance: Primarily Fort Belvoir, VA with travel to multiple Army locations (CONUS/OCONUS) as required.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
