Zantech is looking for a talented Program Manager to provide overall leadership and coordination for the SharePoint Online ECN/USCIS Connect support services, ensuring successful delivery of all requirements while serving as the primary contractor interface with USCIS stakeholders. This upcoming role will be mostly remote based out of Camp Springs, MD (USCIS Headquarters). Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: + Program Technical Support + Overall program oversight and coordination + Primary interface with Government OIT-PM, COR, and CO + Agile methodology implementation + Serve as primary contractor interface with USCIS + Oversee program performance, personnel, financials and reporting + Ensure adherence to Agile methodology activities + Manage transition-in and transition-out activities + Coordinate meeting logistics and team communication Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions: + Minimum 5 years program management experience in IT development environments with Agile methodology experience required.
