Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall cost, schedule, quality, administrative and technical performance for the project

Delivers all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) requirements 

Works closely with the Government customer to establish project objectives, plans, and budgets 

Gains internal support to operate and establish strong working relationships with customers, technical staff, managers, and peers 

Performs a range of project management activities, such as developing program strategies, tracking and scheduling, and establishing and maintaining databases 

Manage multiple funding streams to include coordinating with Government customers to properly allocate funding to purchases and projects 

Supervise employees to include timecard approval, performance reviews, and hiring actions 

Manage subcontractor on-boarding and execution, deliverable submission, cost/schedule/performance, and closeout activities 

Manages internal and external engagements with industry, academia, and DoD mission partners 

Required:

15 years’ experience in program or project management of similar scope and complexity

BS in Business, Management, Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with appropriate polygraph

Must have PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 certification in Program Management

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years’ experience leading small teams of personnel

Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills 

Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment 

Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations 

Preferred:

10+ years of direct experience supporting a DoD or IC organizations 

Security Clearance:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with appropriate polygraph

Work Environment:

Location: On-site

Travel Requirements: Minimal

Working Hours: Standard

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Basic Compensation:

$150,000.00 - $224,900

This range is for the Maryland area only

The offered rate will be based on selected candidate’s work location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, clearance level, contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
