We are currently bidding on a contract providing IT and Cyber Security services for the IT Division within the NSWC Corona Division, Corporate Operations Department, supporting the Command Information Office, Information Technology Operations, Information Management Customer Services and Cyber Security. \n

We will be seeking a Program Manager to oversee this contract. The individual selected for this role will manage the program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.\n

Daily duties will include planning and developing methods and procedures for implementing programs, directing and coordinating program activities, and exercising control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of programs.\n

The ideal candidate will have: \n

A) a high school degree, or a GED, and more than fifteen (15) years of relevant Information Technology (IT) project management and five (5) years of experience managing IT projects, reporting status of projects and the development of data analytics, OR
B) a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant IT project management, and three (3) years of experience managing IT projects, reporting status of projects and the development of data analytics, OR
C) a master's degree in a relevant field and seven (7) years of relevant IT project management and experience managing IT projects, reporting status of projects and the development of data analytics.\n

Prior oversight of a technical support contract is required for this role.\n

Secret Clearance required.\n

\u2022 Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, M.B.A or other Technical Degree
\u2022 Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management
\u2022 Communication and Briefing Skills
\u2022 Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution
\u2022 Program and Personnel Management
\u2022 Financial Management
\u2022 Risk Management Policies and Assessment
\u2022 Experience working in a program office
\u2022 Program Management experience running a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors\n
