Program Manager
Location: Glynco, GA
Clearance: Public Trust
Provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the task order, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going business and technical efforts, and managing overall task order performance.
Responsibilities· Responsible for overall management and daily operations of the technical team.
· Ensures technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.
· Performs enterprise wide integration planning and interfaces with other functional areas and entities to coordinate solutions and activities.
· Responsible for problem documentation / tracking / management / resolution; resource coordination and delivery for all tasks.
· Provides guidance and input to various boards and planning teams. Oversees quality control and continuous improvement processes.
· Leads and trains the Team to achieve an excellent customer satisfaction rating, interfaces with the customer and stakeholders to obtain level of satisfaction feedback.
· Promptly notify the Government PM and COR of all issues or problems requiring the Government’s involvement, reporting or response.
· Build and submit task order deliverables.
· On-board new contractor personnel through all requirements to include standard security and building procedures.

QualificationsRequired:
· Bachelor's degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline
· Five (5) or more years of IT Service Desk managerial experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly articulate technical and strategic level matters to a variety of audiences.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred:
· Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
· Microsoft Certified Help Desk Professional
· ITIL v4 Foundation Certified
· CompTIA, Security + and A+ Certified
