The Learning Designer (LD) applies instructional design and adult learning principles and strategies to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional courses, assessments, job aids, and other learning deliverables for all areas of Airline Client and Cargo operations. The LD creates deliverables for all phases of the course creation lifecycle including analysis documents, design documents, storyboards, and final learning deliverables that align to the overall business goals. The LD collaborates effectively with peers, leaders, and business partners to translate business requirements into learning requirements and project scope, build learning solutions that align to desired outcomes, and ensure learning deliverables meet and exceed company's quality standards. Ability to utilize design tools in order to create interactive training. Here are some of the duties Instructional Designers can be expected to perform: Define and document learning objectives. Conduct research and collaborate with subject experts. Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals. Design content to optimize learning. Generate the layout of the learning supports. Redesign content to ensure it matches the learners needs. Create visual, audio and interactive learning tools.

Quals--
Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience using learning experience platforms (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) Experience conducting learning needs analysis Experience leading project teams and providing individual-level support Knowledge of Learning Experience Platforms Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
