Program Manager

KBR is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager with a background in Cost Analysis / IPM to support our government customer. TS/SCI with CI Poly required. Candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to- day operations of a contractor team supporting the government from multiple locations. The PM must have a proactive partnership with the government leadership team and a variety of government contacts, enabling analyses and alternate solutions to satisfy cost and performance requirements..

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Engineering, Physics, Operations Research, Cost Analysis, Mathematics, Finance, Economics  Business Administration, or similar quantitative field.candidates with degrees in other fields may be accepted if the candidate possesses an additional 4 years of relevant experience.Master’s degree preferred, but can accept a BS with three additional years of work experience.12+ years experience in cost estimating and/or Integrated Performance Management (IPM)Experience preparing and delivering Cost Estimate StudiesExperience applying a variety of parametric and statistical analysis methods in the execution of cost studies.Experience performing IPM functions spanning development and maintenance of policy, regulation, guidance, benchmarking best practices, research and studies.5+ years experience in Space Cost Estimating8+ years experience in Leadership  / Management positions.  Experience would include being a Team Lead and/or a Program/Project Manager.Proven experience working collaboratively with a government leadership team.Experience with staffing, on-boarding, and personnel management.Experience leading the day-to-day operations of a contractor / sub-contractor team.
