ANALYGENCE is seeking a Program Manager to support the Department of Energy’s Office of Secure Transportation (OST) in Albuquerque, NM.  This contract will provide Administrative  Support Services for OST.

 

The Program Manager serves as the single PM for ANALYGENCE and will be the authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract-level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.

 

Responsible for placing qualified personnel on this contract, formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating the organization's policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates. The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall contract performance. BS and at least five (5) years of relevant experience. Ability to obtain a minimum of a DOE (L) Clearance Relevant experience for this position includes experience managing programs, projects, contracts, funds, staffing, customer interface, or resources of similar size, scope, and complexity. Performs complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, and techniques relating to management problems or contractual issues that require reports and recommended solutions. Provide guidance and direction to staff. Experience in a Federal agency is preferred.
