The International Procurement group is seeking a Program Manager to join their team!
Successful candidates will be responsible for facilitating and supporting Procurement activities on product development programs to ensure business objectives are met.
The Program Manager represents Procurement on a cross-functional program team for small programs and supports large programs. Program Manager facilitates overall sourcing, quoting, target cost, tooling and supports part readiness. They will support internal teams for engineering, supplier quality, materials availability and aftermarket contracts.

Responsibilities To effectively manage and support Procurement requirements for product implementation, and program launches from initiation through delivery while interfacing with internal customers and department personnel.Represent Procurement on Program Teams for small programsCommunicate program information to Procurement organization and ensure Procurement assignments are completed to support program goals Facilitates overall sourcing, quoting, target cost, tooling and supports part readiness.Collaborate with Category Management and Tooling teams on piece cost and tooling targets to drive more cost-effective solutionsAnticipate potential problems, be pro-active and manage changes to ensure projects are on time and within budgetMust be a skilled Problem-solver who follows through on implementationPrepare and deliver informative and persuasive presentations to large groups, cross-functional teams and Executive audiencesMust be comfortable with Public SpeakingAnalyze product costs, understand underlying cost drivers and implement cost reduction initiatives to maximize savings Build and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors and management Procurement liaison to Quality, Service Parts, Manufacturing, and Engineering Minimum Requirements At least 4 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experienceOR
Bachelor’s degreeAt least 2 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experienceOR
Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
