Responsibilities:Build and lead project plans with a focus on outstanding executionApply and use custom project plan templates to meet customer-specific requirements and lead times.Schedule and lead project meetings to ensure flawless communication and coordinationCollaborate with team members, customers, and partners to initiate projects and align on goals, timelines, and deliverablesProvide regular oversight and reporting of project timelines, including dependencies and resource requirements at all stagesMaintain project status, issues, and risks to ensure timely executionKeep collaborators and leaders informed about project progress and deviations.Proactively guide teams in early identification, addressing, and resolving potential project issues and creating contingency plansCollaborate with cross-functional global collaborators to address issues and conflicts, promoting a team-oriented approachDisplay an approach of Continuous Improvement by actively participating in events and activities that result in financial gain, time savings, and waste reduction.Assure compliance with the Stage Gate tool for New Business Development projectsEnsure adherence to argument processes for all projects, including obtaining approval before commencing development or implementation.Identify, analyze, and lead project plans and opportunities for profitable growth and efficiency gainsPossess broad customer knowledge and understandingContinually improve processes for better and faster executionCollaborate with colleagues to improve work efficiencies through shared experiencesQualifications:Equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree will be considered for this position.5+ years of solid experience in program/project managementExperience in marketing, engineering, finance, manufacturing, logistics, or an associated fieldGlobal supply chain experience preferredSkilled in leading various tasks and working with different collaborators across teamsOutstanding written and verbal presentation skills, with experience leading meetings and executive presentationsAdaptive to new tools and processes (e.g., Smartsheet), including examples of successfully implementing and improving their benefits.Are you passionate about learning and growing?
