Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals in empowering people to endless possibilities. This position provides support to employees and participants, and contributes to the overall health, safety, and welfare of participants served. The Team Lead actively assists with overall daily operations of the assigned program, providing supervision, coordination and support for all daily tasks and activities.Responsibilities:
Leads, oversees, schedules, and assists a team of staff in facilitating meaningful experiences for participants
Coordinates and oversees daily operations, including activities, outings, transportation, lunch, and personal cares
Ensures policies, procedures and processes are followed
Ensures supervision and safety of participants and staff
Coordinates events, meetings, and tours
Completes required paperwork related to attendance, billing, reports, correspondence, and documentation
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
2 years of post high school education in a related field preferred
Experience supporting children, adolescents, or adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities
Good communication skills, good judgment, effective problem-solving skills
Responsible, committed, self-motivated, with a positive attitude
