Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Program Manager to provide support to the CISA Administrative Program Support Services contract located at 1310 N. Courthouse Rd, Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure compliance with all the contract requirements.Provides technical guidance to the project team in performance of the work and reviews the quality of all work products, in addition to contract support operations.Provide a monthly progress report to the COR via electronic mail.This report shall include a summary of all Contractor work performed, including a breakdown of labor hours by labor category, all direct costs by line item, an assessment of technical progress, schedule status, any travel conducted and any Contractor concerns or recommendations for the previous reporting period.Be available to meet with the COR upon request to present deliverables, discuss progress, exchange information and resolve emergent technical problems and issues.Also meet with the COR on a weekly basis to discuss progress, exchange information and resolve emergent technical problems and issues.Ensure Contractor employees understand and abide by Department of Homeland Security established rules, regulations and policies concerning safety and security.Make use of the resources and tools available to continue contracted functions to the maximum extent possible under emergency circumstances Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of Infrastructure Protection/Infrastructure Security experienceMinimum of 10 years previous experience in performing or managing those who perform duties categorized as administration services (can be combined)Minimum of 7 years previous experience working within an Executive Secretariat TeamMinimum of 5 years previous experience serving in a Supervisory Management capacityKnowledge and experience with Counter-Improvised Explosive Device Programs, Trainings, and OutreachExperience leading a team of 10+Experience liaising between contract staff and government client staffExperience in completing deliverables to be submitted to the contracting officer’s representative
Desired Qualifications:
PMP certificationActive Secret ClearanceExperience within CISA or another DHS agency
