Responsibilities

The Program Manager will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the overall planning, direction, and successful execution of contract requirements.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial discipline. Minimum three years of experience managing contracts of a similar size, scope, and complexity. Minimum five years of experience managing engineering and technical servicesExperience in budget forecasting and use of Earned Value Management or similar processes. Experience managing subcontractors. Experience developing program plans and schedules from master development schedules. Demonstrated experience identifying technical and programmatic risk areas and in development and implementation of risk mitigation plans. Direct experience with and understanding of Navy policies and procedures through personal participation in planning meetings, program reviews, and technical working groups. Active Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

Three years of experience in Navy Combat System or Weapon System Engineering
