Overview EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Program Manager to our department. The Program Mgr. will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of product development activities via our product realization process. The Program Manager provides cross-functional leadership throughout the product development life cycle. This includes working with the program team to create comprehensive project plans, collaborating with functional managers to ensure availability of resources, working with product managers to develop product plans, and tracking performance against targets. In this role, you will support the evolution of new business and expanded product lines. You will assure adherence to master plans and schedules, evolve solutions to program problems, and direct work of incumbents assigned to the program from various departments. You will assure projects are completed on time and within budget and act as the adviser to the Program department regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Responsibilities • Participate in monthly business reviews with executives, coordinating the SMEs to provide their expected contributions to the deck. • Develop, lead, and track the execution of cross-functional project schedules by closely working with cross-functional departments (Product Management, Operations, Marketing, Legal, U/X, Sales, etc.). • Produce detailed project plans specifying: technical scope, goals per project phase, objectives and strategy, staffing requirements, budget, risks, contingency plans, and allocation of resources. • Prepare project status reports and keep the product team, functional managers, and executive team informed of project status and related issues. • Lead the cross-functional project team in identification and resolution of project issues. Responsible for encouraging and implementing creative approaches to problem solving and project trade-off decisions. Responsible for resolving alternative approaches and keeping a clear project path in place for the team. • Collaborate with Product Managers to develop measurable and achievable product requirements, responding to requests for changes from original requirements in an organized manner. • Collaborate with the project delivery team to prepare and present project gate materials for approval at phase gates. • Identify and utilize appropriate vendors and contractors to support project teams, if necessary. Administer and manage business relationships with external resources such as design firms, consultants, and partners. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or another related field PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: • 6+ years’ experience managing the development of high-visibility projects • Experience in or with the federal government • Robust knowledge of the product development life cycle, with relevant experience in all phases • Able to provide detailed evaluations and reporting • Experience with Smartsheet This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that a workforce member in this position may be asked to perform. This is a remote, full-time position with a base salary range of $70,000 - $112,000/year, bonus eligible.
