Nightwing is seeking a talented PM to lead a dynamic technical team in a unique mission space. This position will work closely with the customer, the project integrator, the software engineers, and the system engineers to ensure our systems meet customer requirements and timelines. 

Responsibilities include:  

Single POC for contract performance.

Leads team project execution. 

Plans & directs the timely & successful completion of Statement of Work efforts. 

Tracks & reports program metrics:(Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality).

Ensures systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements.  

Creates, reviews & maintains programmatic/technical artifacts.

Manages resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer tasks. 

Establishes training plans to maintain and evolve skills, while ensuring no single points of failure within the program.

Prepares and presents briefings, white papers, use cases and concept papers to capture future system changes for customer decision making. 

Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders. 

Required Experience:  

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.  

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

Project Management Professional Certification. 

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Day

Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. 

Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality. 

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

Experience with collaborative project management tools.  

Managing global dispersed teams.

Desired Experience:  

Briefing and meeting with senior level management  

Understanding of the customer and the Intelligence Community.

Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
