**Job ID Number** R3997 **Employment Type** Full time **Worksite Flexibility** Hybrid **Job Summary** As the Program Manager you will assist with determining, analyzing, and proposing security requirements, policies, and technical solutions. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Program Manager** with a focus on Cybersecurity to ensure the strategy for protecting our client's networks, systems, and applications are effectively implemented. This position will be a **full-time 6 month contract** and **hybrid** . **What You'll Do** + Assist with obtaining approval of security systems for the client + Track and monitor the implementation of security policies and procedures + Ensure tracking of personnel compliance with cybersecurity policies + Work with functional business units to track outstanding security compliance questions + Ensure cybersecurity strategy, initiative, and solutions are effectively implemented + Track proposed solutions and coordinate actions to mitigate system security threats and risks + Assist with security product evaluation and recommendations to improve the client's security posture + Assist with leading and tracking the status of the development of security incident response plans and organizes incident response exercises and testing + Assist with review and identification of root causes of security incidents, identifies and tracks corrective actions, risks, and future proactive/preventive actions + Ensure vulnerability/risk management processes are being documented in order to improve vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability remediation and compliance testing + Ensures reporting and tracks vulnerability and threat trends, including metrics for tracking and analyzing vulnerability remediation efforts. **What You'll Need** Required: + 2+ years of experience as an IT Project/Program Manager + 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity + 5+ years of experience planning projects, tracking tasks, and reporting on status using a project management methodology + 2+ years developing and creating reports using metrics and graphs + 5+ years using cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001) to identify, define and track risks in an organization Preferred: + Experience with developing a security incident response plan and organizing tabletop exercises + Experience developing cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures + Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** It is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
