Program Manager
Position Description:

This position is in our Charleston, SC office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Serves as the single management focal point and is responsible for the successful execution of the CFSS program
- Builds and maintains a strategic enterprise relationship with GFMS leadership, including ensuring GFMS leadership remains apprised of all significant issues in a timely manner
- Provides strategic guidance, vision, and direction of multiple project teams
- Ensures proper allocation of resources to meet commitments and priority needs
- Ensures program integration across multiple projects, task areas and teams
- Ensures all projects and task areas meet cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements
- Drives effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across disparate groups with competing priorities
- Analyzes and identifies program risks and provides effective plan to mitigate risks
- Analyzes, evaluates and takes corrective action on significant deviations from plans that may have impact to CFSS program and/or call order deliverables
- Oversees staffing processes, including staff need forecasting, and staff performance

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- MBA or MS/MA degree in Management, Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related Technical Discipline. In absence of a master’s degree, the Government will consider as replacement 15 years of directly relatable experience.
- PMP certification, or comparable/equivalent certification required during the life of this BPA.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience leading programs concerning multiple complex major systems development, acquisitions, and/or systems engineering and integration efforts.
- Experience managing and allocating resources/staff to implement multiple projects with successful results.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data analysis, systems design, software development, quality assurance, configuration management and web technologies.
- Excellent client facing and internal communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $125,500.00 - $271,800.00.
