Program Manager
Demonstrated knowledge of program and project management methodologies waterfall, agile, kanban, etc.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, program development, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
Proficiency in program management software and tools to facilitate efficient program planning, tracking, and reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to develop effective partnerships across the company to engage, align, and gain stakeholder buy-in. Job Description
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats to all levels of the organization from team members to executives.
Ability to provide executive summaries
Strong organization and time management skills to keep programs on track. Ability to manage effectively in fast paced environment with multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level processes and the interplay between functions, particularly Product Management and Engineering, Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Technology Services, Finance and Accounting.
Ability to think strategically and act tactically as needed and be willing to roll your sleeves up.
Has a learning mindset, keeps up on industry trends, research, and best practices.
