Program Manager
Job Title: Program ManagerJob Description Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs. Oversees all aspects of projects/programs, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of projects/programs. Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of projects/programs. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Responsibilities + Coordinate and complete projects and programs. + Oversee all aspects of projects/programs. + Set deadlines and assign responsibilities. + Monitor and summarize the progress of projects/programs. + Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects/programs. + Lead and direct the work of others. Essential Skills + Experience in electrical and test engineering. + 4-6 years of experience in aerospace. + 4-6 years of experience in ATE Testing. + 4-6 years of experience with delivery schedules. + 4-6 years of experience in hardware manufacturing. + 4-6 years of experience as a manufacturing and test engineer. + 4-6 years of experience with PCBA and box build. + 4-6 years of experience in preparing action plans and schedules. + 1-2 years of experience in production schedule planning. + 4-6 years of experience with test systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in a related field. + Team Lead experience. + Experience in Electrical Engineering (4-6 years preferred). + Experience with Microsoft Schedule. + 4-6 years of experience in RF engineering. Work Environment Onsite at Kuiper in Redmond. The work environment involves coordinating with various teams and departments, utilizing advanced technologies and equipment to ensure project success.
