Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Program Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
+ Partner with stakeholders and leverage internal and external relationships to support deal closure.
+ Manage pipeline and territory through business analysis and proactive customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and optimize account performance.
+ Engage with customers to identify opportunities that align with their industry and drive revenue growth.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and qualify pipeline opportunities.
+ Lead conversations that foster cross-sell and up-sell, providing demos and facilitating solution delivery by overcoming blockers to purchase.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with North America Account Teams, understanding their goals, challenges, and needs.
+ Share best practices to help local teams and customers understand the value proposition of buying Surface for Business.
+ Manage pipeline and territory through business and whitespace analysis, pursuing high-potential customers and ensuring accurate forecasting.
+ Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing dissatisfaction proactively and optimizing service delivery.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 3 years experience with pipeline management.
+ Minimum of 3 years experience with relationship building.
+ Minimum of 3 years experience with product knowledge
+ Experience with CRM, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
+ BA or BS degree is preferred but not required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 5 years of customer-facing experience working with Enterprise and Education customers.
+ Ability to understand business requirements for large device deals and solve them directly.
+ Capability to manage the end-to-end Inbound Sales team business, including forecasting and aligning with strategic priorities.
+ Experience demonstrating Surface devices or PCs to Commercial or Consumer customers.
