We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to join our team, focused on driving New Product Introductions (NPI) within the healthcare sector. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of key projects from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

You're the right fit if:
• Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience leading innovation programs, preferably within the medical device industry, or similar regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects or product launches from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of the product development process, especially within a regulated environment (FDA, ISO, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (Bothell, WA) is $130,000 to $198,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
