\nThe Position
\nWe’re looking to add a Program Manager to join Teletrac Navman! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of related projects and initiatives within the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate activities, and ensure the successful delivery of programs that align with strategic objectives and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex challenges and stakeholders.
\nResponsibilities and Duties:
\n\nStrategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for program initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.\nProgram Governance: Establish governance structures, processes, and standards to ensure effective oversight and management of program activities.\nStakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sponsors, project teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for program objectives.\nResource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and other assets, to support program initiatives and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.\nRisk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success, developing contingency plans and escalation paths as needed.\nPerformance Monitoring: Monitor program performance against key metrics and milestones, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.\nCommunication and Reporting: Communicate program status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, presentations, and other channels.\nChange Management: Lead change management efforts associated with program initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to facilitate adoption and minimize resistance.\nQuality Assurance: Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements through effective oversight and quality assurance processes.\nContinuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, optimize resources, and enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.\n\nQualifications

\nRequired Skills / Qualifications:
\n\nTertiary Qualification in Science, Engineering, Business, or any equivalent relevant field and/or equivalent significant, relevant industry experience. \n 5+ years’ experience in project management and/or product launch process\nStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.\nStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.\nProficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.\nKnowledge of program management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices, such as PMI or Agile.\n\n#LI-LP1
