Description: Chimera Enterprises International is seeking a Program Manager to support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO- CBRND) Headquarters (HQ), and the United States Air Force (USAF). The ideal candidate for this position possesses acquisition experience managing large programs for the JPEO-CBRND. The candidate will provide a broad range of programmatic support services to the JPEO-CBRND (HQ) in the areas of Program Management, project planning, budget analysis, cost analysis and policies/procedures through the DOD acquisition lifecycle.
Mission: The JPEO-CBRND manages our nation’s investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense equipment, and medical countermeasures. The JPEOCBRND leads, manages, and directs the acquisition, fielding, and sustainment of CBRN sensors, protective equipment, medical countermeasures, specialized equipment for U.S. Special Forces, integration and information management systems, and defense-enabling biotechnologies. The organization also works closely with various Government agencies that need CBRN defense equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesPossess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience providing analysis for the acquisition, planning, and life cycle management of one or more programs.Possess knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition process.Possess a thorough understanding and knowledge of the organization’s structure, as well as the corresponding roles and responsibilities therein.Possess experience evaluating recommendations to determine which design meets specific contract requirements.Possess an extensive working knowledge of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) operations, as well as a thorough understanding of all COCOMs.Demonstrate knowledge of the Assistant Secretary of the Army Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological (OASD NCB), Joint Requirements Office (JRO), and Deputy Under Secretary of the Army Test and Evaluation (DUSA T&E) organizational structures, as well as the corresponding relationships and interfaces necessary between those organizations and the JPEO-CBRND.Demonstrate knowledge of the DoD acquisition process, specifically Program Management and Life Cycle Logistics.
