Role description:

This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. We are looking for a Program Manager who will lead medium-complexity programs or sub-programs within major Architecture & Urbanism Service (A&U) initiatives, supporting the Global A&U Service Director and ensuring alignment with objectives. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and seamless collaboration across global teams.

Role accountabilities:

Prepare materials for weekly Service Expert Group sessions, including agendas, decks, meeting minutes, action lists, and trackers. Coordinate SEG membership, meeting attendance, and participation, including Task Force and annual Service Strategy meetings. Manage SEG and Task Force file organization and ensure efficient information flow. Oversee the scope of work and operational workload of program support teams or contractors, ensuring resource utilization and timely delivery. Manage small to medium-scale projects, ensuring effective use of resources and budgets to meet deadlines and scope. Identify and communicate risks or issues to senior managers, ensuring projects and programs stay on track. Collaborate with stakeholders and the Global Service Director to define sub-program delivery strategy, set delivery plans, and track progress to ensure alignment with objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Relevant professional qualification or chartered status. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required. Proven experience working internationally and across diverse industries/functions. Experience in the delivery of programs of limited complexity. Commercial acumen and the ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders. Significant experience in project management best practices. Experience in the development and implementation of program management processes. Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, manage change, and leverage data-driven decision-making. Strong leadership with a global mindset, strategic thinking, and commitment to sustainability, inclusion, and innovation.
