The Role:

 As a Program Manager, you will play a key role within the Global Insights team, managing a large-scale, high-complexity, multi-stakeholder program comprised of 20+ concurrent projects. A Day in The Life:

Take accountability for the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of program delivery, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Create comprehensive project plans encompassing all stages of the program (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure), including launch plans, communication plans, risk management plans, project schedules and critical paths to ensure project structure and integrity. Structure and manage project timelines by tracking deliverables and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute and deliver project requirements within scope, schedule, budget, and ensuring quality. Consistently track the advancement of the program and provide updates on measurable elements like milestones, deliverables and budgets to pertinent stakeholders. Lead financial management by evaluating project progress against budgets, forecasting efforts and durations, developing statements of work, create project change requests and notices, as well as generate pipeline forecasts and reports for sales activities. Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations through effective communication and collaboration, acting as a client advocate to build trust and ensure excellent delivery while navigating complexities and documenting client needs.

Are You The One?

A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; a project management certification (PMP) is ideal. 5-7 years of client-facing project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency setting. Expertise in the loyalty and rewards industry, including familiarity with current trends and best practices, is an asset. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, ideally within marketing or loyalty environments, and possess knowledge of consumer research and customer engagement strategies. Familiarity with loyalty program platforms, with an understanding of technologies that can enhance loyalty program delivery is a bonus. Strong financial acumen, understanding key financial metrics and their impact on project delivery and overall business performance. Passion, ingenuity, and a remarkable talent for effectively conveying strategic messages and interface across a range of internal and external stakeholders. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including professional business English, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, identify risks, manage expectations and ensure project success. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and producing accurate work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced expertise in Excel and strong skills in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with software tools such as MS Dynamics and navigation of Project Management tools/software (e.g. Gantt charts, resource schedules, etc.). Willingness and flexibility to work outside of regular operating hours and travel as required.
