Job Description


Responsible Party for ALL Appian Development Projects, bottom-line for time, scope and delivery for all Appian development efforts
Program Level Release Planning for Appian Projects - in conjunction with the BW RP, work with the Product Owners from the different groups in BW, drives consensus for dev/rollout priorities based on BW requirements.
In conjunction with the Project Lead, Owns Sprint Commitments for all Projects
Resourcing - identify need for additional resources, and help onboarding new resources
Ensure delivery efficiencies across projects - leveraging knowledge / project-specific experience of the core team members
In conjunction with the Tech Lead, help BW define a reference architecture for all BPM rollouts, AND ensure that the reference architecture and quality standards are adhered to.
