Job Title Program Manager

The Client team is seeking an experienced contract Program Manager to be based in Milpitas, CA to support

the Engineering and Cross Functional Team success of Client. Ideally this person will have experience working

in a Continuous Development and Delivery environment and have a solid understanding of cloud based Software as

a Service (SaaS).


Description

• Working closely with Cross Functional Team (including Engineering, Sales, Legal, Support, Security, Regulatory, Go-
to-Market, IT Systems, etc.) to ensure the overall business success of Client.

• Providing regular status reports and risk assessments to Client and Client Business Unit leadership on the

team leads

• Coordinate key reviews and status meetings involving Engineering team leads, management, and cross functional

• Coordinating cross dependencies (interop/interfaces) with other Eng teams outside of Cisco Spark

• Continuously looking to identify opportunities to help reduce friction while delivering predictable and high quality

engineering results
